Are you unemployed and living in a Nottinghamshire postcode area?

Join our Film-making for employability course –   over 6 weeks enjoy the challenge of making a short film. The course will include:

Identifying the topic, discussing it, writing a script around it, understanding the equipment, filming, editing and completion of the film.

The process of making the film is at the heart of the course. The central aim is that, through taking part in an enjoyable creative activity, you will acquire skills relevant to the workplace and so be better able to deal with the day to day pressures of working life.

Skills covered by the course:

Organising, time management, teamwork, research, writing , handling equipment, IT, interviewing and possibly presenting.

Venue:  The John Godber Centre, Ogle St Hucknall. NG15 7FQ

When: 6 weeks on Wednesdays starting  March 1st

Time: 10am-2.30pm

This course is free, we’ll need to see evidence of your benefit entitlement at the first session
