We’ve a new craft course starting on Friday mornings at The Pearson Centre, Beeston


Lose yourself in a variety of new craft techniques, make unique gifts for friends and relatives – being creative is great for improving your health and well-being.

You’ll discover what you enjoy and what you’d like to develop into a new interest, hobby or even a crafting career.

Topics will include:

Make a cupcake – sewing, using felt (this can be used as a pin cushion)

Make a necklace – beading with paper

Cosy coasters – make a drinks coaster by crochet with wool, twine or cotton

Ikebana Flowers – Japanese style flower arrangements

It’s a bag – crocket a simple bag

and many more

This course is offered in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council CLaSS adult learning programme. You must live in a Nottinghamshire postcode (not Nottingham City) to be eligible for a place on this course.

When: 9 meetings Friday 10am-12.30pm

Start date: Friday 27th January 2017

Cost: £65.25 or free if in receipt of means tested benefits
