In lovely weather on Saturday 19th tutor Paul Paine led a foraging workshop ‘Food for free’ within the St Ann’s Allotments in Nottingham.
This workshop was very different from what is normally offered by the WEA Nottingham Branch; it proved to be very successful with 14 people (all but one new to the WEA) attending.
We hope to offer another workshop in the Spring/early summer 2016 – look out for details.
St Ann’s Allotments and community orchard are the oldest and largest area of Victorian detached town gardens in the world and are in the heart of Nottingham.
