Tuesday 25th August 2015 was a momentous day for those of us living in NG9 and surrounds as the long-awaited Line 3 tram service began to roll.

The good news is that the venues WEA Beeston branch use for its courses are all very near to Line 3 tram stops.

AND if you wish to attend one of the Nottingham branch courses, you can now travel in by tram.  Catch a tram at Stapleford Lane terminus, or any stop through Chilwell, Beeston and Dunkirk, travel to the hub at Nottingham Station and then switch trams to the Theatre Square, Nottingham Mechanics on North Sherwood St, is a few minutes walk away.

With trams running every few minutes getting to our courses has never been easier.
